Service Description
7 - 3 hour, weekly sessions, Fall 2023 ceramics immersion into all aspects of creating objects either for functional use or visual arts interest, with glazing and firing insights. This course features facilities and equipment for throwing with; 7 wheels, slab roller, extrusion equipment, stock glazes, electric kilns for bisquing, cone 5-6 glaze/firing, a gas kiln for highfire, and a woodfire kiln. Participants will pay additional fees for: 1. Clays, @ $25.00 a bag 2. Tools, kits, unique tools priced per item. 3. Added firing fees for glaze work, cone 5-6 or highfired, with different pricing per cubic foot as needed.
