Service Description
14 - 2.5 hour sessions, 2 weekly with ceramics immersion into all aspects of creating ceramic objects either for functional use or visual arts interest, with glazing and firing insights. This course features facilities with equipment, 7 wheels, slab roller and extrusion equipment, stock glazes & electric kilns for bisquing / cone 5-6 glaze firing and a gas kiln for C10 highfire, with a woodfire kiln ( still under construction). Participants will pay additional fees for: 1. Clays, $30.00 a bag 2. Tools, kits & unique tools (priced per item). 3. Additional firing fees for unique work (not from class), cone 5-6 and or highfire, with pricing per cubic foot as needed.
